Inline carbon filters work amazingly well!Just be aware of the smell. It will reek. I grew one in a closet which was luckily divided. Ended up moving all the clothes over to the other side.
A friend used the largest I’ve seen (for 12 or 14 inch diameter ducts, like 5 feet long!). Two filters for around 100 large plants and no smell at all outside the grow rooms themselves.
Ones that big are quite expensive but they lasted for many years. Smaller ones would be just as effective for smaller grows (as long as they can accommodate the airflow and duct size you choose), but the larger the better for longevity.
