I would say pretty much every reverb.

If as I read it, the only particularity is to have one processor for the lows and one for the highs, pretty much every reverbs manage them differently.
And if you want 2 processors, you just have to split your signal in 2 bands (1000 ways to do it, the most plug and play could be using multipass from Kilohearts) and apply a different reverb on each band.
