Bitwig • Re: Bitwig Wavetable Import

Here's an experiment you can replicate. Here's a free wavetable for you:

Download that .wav file (it's 64 frames with 2048 samples per frame).

Now import that into Bitwig Studio 5.1's Polymer synth. It'll be interpreted as 256 samples per frame. Womp-womp.

But it'll import fine into everything else (everything meaning Vital, modwave, modwave native, even Serum if you stick it in your wavetables folder [if you import it via the wavetable editor you may need to tell the editor the frame size, 2048]). That's what I'm talking about.

You need a .wt format version to import correctly. Like this one:
