You are right, track scrolling with Ctrl key on PC and with cmd key on macOS is actually possible. And I can imagine enabling it by default without modificatins keys may not be wise for some users. So it will probably stay as it is, or we can add switch for this if it is requested feature.I saw a post somewhere on this forum that a change was made to disable screen scrolling because a parameter was unintentionally changed by the scroll wheel or trackpad swipe.
Screen scrolling by Cmd + scroll after clicking on an empty area of the screen is still enabled in MSuperLoope too.
It should be a toggle option, or it may not be what the original requestor intended.
