I really love the Novachord too.I did finally pickup Novachord/Solovox on that small sale they had. Enjoy them quite a bit and am considering Blue 3 now also. Guess my favorites from them aren't synth for the most part.
I find it needs a little roughing up with something like sketch cassette or wavesfactory’s cassette to really dial in the Bernard Hermann /vera lynn vintage spookiness!
