I can download it without any problems. Just click on the name. Or on the icon. Both work for me.Can you download any of those? I can't; they're not even links.'macos-bin' is the file you need. It is zip archive. Inside it you'll find AU, CLAP, VST3 and standalone.
Unfortunately, I don't speak github, and couldn't actually find any plug-ins to download on the page he links to. There only appears to be yet more links to MacOS, Windows and Linux versions, but there are no files at all to download that I could see. Maybe you'll have better luck.
