upgrade its not smart for meI'm ok with Bitwig selling soundpacks. Personally I don't care that much about soundpacks, even the free ones. I've installed only the device presets and the drum samples (and I don't use them).
What I really don't understand is the amount of people that don't understand how smart the upgrade plan is and buy years of upgrade in advance and then complain they don't get what they want. Just wait untill there's enough to make your money worth and then upgrade. The next 12 months of updates is just a bonus on top.
you will get minor updates 3 eqs and a comp , that was the last update ,
and you pay for the beta time, no improvements on the pianoroll or ara function
Abletons last update was huge , and the last update from them was free , too
So you have many daw that have free updatephases , without an upgradeperiod thing.
