On the contrary, I have to say. I contacted their support team just two days ago, got a response within 24 hours which did not solve the issue, then added a detailed description to the ticket, heard back within two hours and got the problem solved two hours later. I'm very happy with their support (also have been in the past), and this was not a pre-sales matter, but something that caused them additional work. YMMVPresonus has the worst support team I've ever dealt with.
