It took 3 months. They finished KYC when they realised that I didn't forwarded any customers to them. Got payment with the next turn. But it was 10 months ago. Now they request KYC only to bully there vendors. But some people seems to have a masochistic predisposition.Thank you very much for sharing this.Last year in November I contacted DR to change my payout account. They requested KYC. It took weeks and months. In the meantime my payouts was on hold. I decided to search for another payment provider (BMT Micro). After more than 3 months DR finally finished my KYC. Since this time I offered two payment provider to my customers. This is the reason why my loss with DR isn't big. BMT Micro wants 9.5% and they charge $35 for wire transfer. But the KYC is minimal and you write with real people and they offer modern popup checkout, which I can recommend.
As for KYC in DR, have you received the payments after that? If yes, how long it takes? I just redone KYC on DR and their compliance department has approved it.
