I don't have access to 5.3 beta, but if you don't see an option for it then I would assume that it's not really possible. It's a bit weird because some "Solo" targets can be modulated/automated for example voice mix module or mixer in the Grid but some like multiband FX don't. However maybe you could achieve your goal by muting every other lane instead of soloing that one?
