From your render window, the audio is peaking at -1.0db and it looks pretty loud and maximized. I mean, you can use Ozone "output volume" to add to the loudness on the way out. I master at +2.0Db, but there are others who really push it towards +4Db plus.
So if your listener who complained about the quietness of your track has just come off listening to a mastered dance track on Spotify which is +4, then your -1 will sound quiet if you see what I mean. However, if your listener has just listened to something on KVR which is not pushed to +4 generally, then your track won't seem too quiet.
Yes, Kickstart 2 does the same thing as Dodge in this context.
I personally would not put plugin FX like Shaperbox on my master track. You want to limit those FX to elements, so put them on individual tracks or "folder" tracks.
By the way, whats your goal with the song? Do you want it to be Kick driven (kick focused), or do you want the Bass to be more focused?
Because if its supposed to be kick focused, then the kick is not really standing out. In fact , the bass seems more stand-out to me. Just asking.
