No.Is it as good as the original Halo series?I’m watching it now and frankly I find it dull. Lots of changes made for seemingly no reason. I honestly don’t care of they pay strict homage to the games, it’s usually better if they don’t (like the Battlestar Galactica or Expanse Series, but please give me a story that moves along at a reasonable pace. That whole subplot about the dude looking for his son with that Asian woman… I can’t even remember the point of it.Halo - I loved the special effects but the story is a mashup of Star Wars, the Bible and a few other things. If you're on season 1 you'll get to the creepiest scene ever filmed with an AI character. That being said I did watch the whole first season upconverted to 3D and it was spectacular.
