Each one of these previews showcases how dramatically Synestia can change your audio into truly unique soundscapes and rhythmic textures. It’s just a brilliant VST all around!Jamming with a real Kalimba over a drum beat, processing both signals using the preset “Kalimba Space“ from Tension for Synestia - automating the installed Macros in Synestia and the levels of the dry signals in Logic. Demo starts dry and ends totally wet.

Percussion instruments and loops are a lot of fun to use with the resonator, and the filtered delays add a strong sense of movement across the stereo field.
Some of the multi-effects that I have are great for turning audio into an unrecognizable type of mush. And while that can be sonically interesting, Synestia really seems to excel at creating more ‘musical’ results.
In fact, I’m giving Plasmonic some serious consideration as a future purchase due to the quality of this plug-in. I can imagine how cool the two would sound together, and I’m getting more interested in MPE-enabled synths.
Your Tension for Synestia pack is coming along nicely. Thank you for sharing more preset demos Simon.
